In Laval, on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the age of 94 years passed away SALIBA ADAM, beloved husband of Araxi Wartanian.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Araxi Wartanian, his son Moufid Adam (Sundus Alkhori), his daugthers Zepur Adam (Elias Arouse), Talin Adam (Boghos Bezdigian) and Talar Adam (Raffi Bassil), his grandchildren Jean Arouse, Juline Arouse, Tamar Arouse, Seto Bezdigian, Demi Bezdigian, Garo Bassil and Mery Bassil.
Also survived by his sister, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, the families Adam, Wartanian, Alkhori, Arouse, Bezdigian, Bassil and Issa, other relatives and friends.
The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 222 Blvd. Des Laurentides, Laval, on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 11 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Syriac Orthodox Cathedral Sainte-Marie and St-Jacques of Nisibe, 7 Blvd. Desjardins West, Sainte-Thérèse. Burial to follow at Sainte-Dorothée Cemetery, Laval.
Donations in his memory to the Syriac Orthodox Cathedral Sainte-Marie and St-Jacques of Nisibe, would be appreciated.
