NEEPOSH, Edna

On September 1st, 2023, Mrs. Edna Neeposh, passed away at the CHSLD Boréal of Chibougamau at the age of 78 years and 11 months. She resided in Mistissini.

Family members will receive relatives and friends at la Maison funéraire Beaudry & Fils, 377 3rd Street, Chibougamau, G8P 1N4, QC. The viewing will take place on Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at la Maison funéraire Beaudry & Fils. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at the sport complex of Mistissini, starting from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for friends and the public. Subsequently, the service will start at 1:00 PM.

She was the mother of the late Kenneth Willie Awashish.

She leaves to mourn her grandchildren Kenyon Awashish Blacksmith and Carmen Awashish Kitchen.

She also leaves to mourn her siblings late Caroline Neeposh (late Simone Saganash), Janie Neeposh (late Charlie Brien Sr.), late Helen Neeposh (late Thomas Brien), late Philip Neeposh (late Maggie Etapp), Charlotte Neeposh (Simeon Petawabano), late Edna Neeposh, late Murray Neeposh (late Evadney Mianscum), Annie Neeposh (late Matthew Iserhoff Sr.), Joseph Neeposh (Anne Gunner), Tony Neeposh (Sally Etapp), Abel Neeposh (Juliette Trapper), Thomas Neeposh (Mary Maggie Swallow), nieces, nephews, and numerous relatives and friends.
