It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of DARIUSZ KOZAK at the age of 60 years, beloved husband of Bernarda Paano.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Bernarda, his children Dianne Kozak (Mark Continelli) and Jason Kozak, his grandson Nathaniel, his father Michal Kozak, several other relatives and friends.
The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 7388 Viau Blvd, Saint-Leonard, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m..
A funeral service will be held ta 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral parlor.
