ZSOMBOR-MURRAY (NÉE FINLAYSON), Wendy Elizabeth

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Wendy’s death at Royal Victoria Hospital after a brief illness and following many months of progressive dementia. Wendy is survived by her husband Paul, daughter Dr. Erika Pratt (Michael Pratt), son Stuart (Claudia Perez), sister Johanne Freeman and grandchildren Joseph, Gabrielle and Nathan. Predeceased by her parents, Stuart and Marjorie (Archibald) Finlayson and her sister Elspeth. She will be dearly missed by Loreen Pindera, her caregivers Jeannine James and Janet Sarenas Gacal, her lifelong friends Sally MacLean, Eva Hofmann, Myrna Steinman, Joan Rossetti, Shirley Padgett, Lise Labrosse, Holly and John Jonas and countless other friends and relatives. A physiotherapist at Hôpital Maisonneuve and, until her retirement, at Hôpital Sainte-Justine, she cared deeply for her patients and co-workers. Her kindness and generosity knew no bounds.
