Passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the age of eighty-three, surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved wife of the late Walter Smirnow. Mother of Walter (Mary), Robert, Nelly, John and Wanda. Loving Babcia of Jennifer, Nadia, Brian, Jessica and Alex. She will also be missed by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344, on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2 pm, followed by a burial at Rideau Memorial Gardens.
