It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vitalina Pietrangeli (nee Tunno) on March 9th, 2019.
Beloved wife of late Luigi, cherished mother of Elisabetta (Giacomo), Dina (Walter) and Nina (Tony) and precious grandmother to Domenic, Veronica, and Erica. Vitalina will also be deeply missed by her brother Duilio and extended family and dear friends. She will fondly be remembered for her love, her incredible strength, her passion for life and her radiant smile.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Intensive Care Unit at the Jewish General Hospital for their caring support through the difficult time.
Visitation will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie-IX boulevard, Montreal, on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday morning as of 8 a.m.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 15th, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Défense Church thence to Le Repos St-François D'Assise Cemetery.
