It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Mr. VAN HANH PHUNG at the age of 90 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Thi Bach Nhan Nguyen, esteemed father of Phung Van Phuc Trach, Phung Van Phuc Nhat, Phung van Phuc Anh, Phung Thi Thien Kieu, Phung Van Phuc Nguyen, Phung Thi Thien Nga, Phung Thi Thien Thu. He is greatly loved and missed by his wife, his children, his grandchildren, and his large extended family in Canada, Vietnam, Australia, and the USA.
The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier (6825 Sherbrooke East, Montreal) on Wednesday, November 10 from 4pm to 9pm and on Thursday, November 11 from 12pm to 9pm.
A last goodbye will be held at the funeral complex on Friday, November 12 at 11am and then a funeral service will take place at 1pm at the church La Communauté Catholique Vietnamienne de Montréal (2600 Beaubien East, Montreal), followed by the burial at Le Repos St-François d'Assise cemetery (6893 Sherbrooke East, Montreal).
