Teresa Lunghi, widow of Arturo Cocco, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Ripi, a small town in central Italy and immigrated to Montreal in 1970.
She will be forever remembered by her family and many friends for her strength, courage and kindness to all who touched her life.
She leaves to mourn her daughter, Connie Ferrante (Magdi Khoury), her two grandsons Joseph and Robert who adored her and were always at the center of her life, as well as many relatives and friends in Canada, Italy and the United States.
She will be forever missed and loved.
The wake will be held at Magnus Poirier on Monday June 2, 2014 at 7 pm - 10 pm, 7388 boul. Viau, St-Leonard and the funeral will be held on Tuesday June 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Mont-Carmel Church in St-Leonard. (www.magnuspoirier.com)
Relatives and friends are also invited to join the family for a gathering at 12:00 (noon) on June 3, at Cimetiere de Laval, 5505 Chemin Bas St-Francois, Laval.
