LISIAK, Stephen Michael
Passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital on June 20, 2011 at the age of thirty-eight. Beloved husband of Lisa Blobstein and an amazing Dad to the apple of his eye Andrew Julius (AJ). Treasured son of Oswald and Lillian Lisiak. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Visitation at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344, on Wednesday, June 22 from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will take place in the Rideau Chapel on Thursday, June 23 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stephen's name to the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada, 514-875-7745, www.colorectal-cancer.ca would be greatly appreciated. Gone too soon.
