FALVO, Scott Brennan

Peacefully surrounded by his family on July 1st, followed by a wonderful send off from relatives, neighbors and friends, Scott passed away.

He is survived by his mother Karen, his brother Christopher and sister Colleen, and his father Bob. He will be sadly missed by his girlfriend Melissa, his grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins, Gucci, and his incredible friends, all of whom have given new meaning to the words friendship and support. Special thank you to Scott's amazing caregivers, nurses and doctors.

Visitation for Scott will take place on Monday, July 6 from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm at
