MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Salvatore Ciancio at the age of 97, beloved husband of the late Carmeluzza Crispo, father of the late Damiano and the late Joe Ciancio and grandfather of the late Salvatore Mamone. He will be sadly missed by his loving children Rosina (Vincenzo), Antonia (Franco), Rita (Paolo), Antonio (Gina), Maggie (the late Dominic), Franca (Mike), Rosanna (Michael) and Bruno (Carol), his cherished grandchildren Serafino, Melina (Angelo), Sinuccia (Tom), Mariangelina ( the late Tony), Franco , Paolina, Salvatore (Monica), Salvatore, Tony, Salvatore (Sabrina), Danny, Carmelina, Carlo (Cristina), Jessica (Alex), Carmelina (Mike) Eric and Jennifer, his great-grandchildren, his sisters-in-law Rosina and Antonia, his nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie IX Blvd. on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Friday morning as of 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Defense Church 6800 Henri-Julien, Montréal, thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
