SMITH (WILSON), Phyllis

In loving memory of Phyllis Mary Blanche Wilson who passed away quietly on May 19th. Wife of Douglas Arthur Smith, survived with affection by her daughter Brenda Smith and her husband Gordon Silver, her son David Smith, his wife Betty Smith and grandchildren Colin and Lauren, and her sisters; Kathy and Gwen.
A celebration of mom’s life will be held Saturday, May 24th at 10am at the Cedar Park United Church in Pointe Claire. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the West Island Palliative Care Residence or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
Our many thanks to the caring and dedicated staff in the ICU at Lakeshore General, and to her favourite doctors (and their support staff); Dr. Kurgansky and Dr. Knight.
We will miss the many happy times we shared, your sparkle in your eye, your laughter and your hugs. We will forever think back on so many “mom” stories and smile. You had a lust for life and a tough resilience even when life challenged you. We love you and we know you loved us. Rest gently now.
