Kahnawake

1924-2006
Pauline Viau Skye passed into the spirit world finding peace and safe harbor in the arms of Our Lord on February 2, 2006.
For 81 years, the world enjoyed the gift of her. Pauline joins her husband and soul mate of 52 years Donald Skye, her legacy is a life of love and giving to her children;
Daughter Rheena (Martin), sons Ronald (Leslie), Angus, Joey (Jill), Harold (Shari), Johnny (Stephanie), Jimmy (Valerie), grandchildren Chad, Travis, Luke, Trina, Chase, Shea, Taronhiateka, Gregory, Cole, Cody, Wahienhawi, Kawisenkeron, Akwirotokwas, Jonathan, Kent, Craig, Katsenhiio, Brent and Tehatenion and greatgrandchildren Skaronhiahatie, Karihiio, Nikiata:a, Emily and Drea.
She was cherished and will be deeply missed by her surviving brothers Tommy (June), Albert (Eileen) and Leroy (Annie).
Pauline had a special place in her heart for friends Bella and Pearl who shared many adventures, good and bad times together. Her special niece Wendy and all her other nieces, nephews and friends know a good and kind spirit has left us.

Poissant and Deer funeral home, Kahnawake, 450-632-7749

Viewing hours starting Sunday February 5 at 2 pm.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 7, at 11 am, in Saint-Francis-Xavier mission church in Kahnawake.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Kateri’s cause - Kateri Center or to the Kahnawake Fire Brigade, would be greatly appreciated.
