Went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2010 at the age of 83. He leaves behind his loving wife Terry Filion. Survived by his sister Gemima, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. Brother of the late Frank, Annie, Cornelius, Carmela, Margaret, Johnny, Rosie and David. Long-time retired employee of C.N.R.
Visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Pie IX complex 10300 Pie IX (corner Fleury) (514) 727-2847, on Monday, February 15, 7 to 10 pm, Tuesday, February 16, 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 10 pm.
Funeral will be held at Emmanuel Church (corner Langelier and Maurice-Duplessis) in Montreal-North on Wednesday, February 17 at 11 am and then to the Le Repos St-François d'Assise cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Second Chance Cafe, 5850 Jean-Talon east, St-Leonard, QC. H1S 1M2 would be greatly appreciated.
