SEY, Patricia Ellen (nee Harrison)
Passed away peacefully at the West Island Palliative Care Residence on November 15, 2010 at the age of seventy-one. Beloved wife of John. Loving mother of Heather and Sandy. Cherished grandmother of Kevin, Shawn, Paul and Scott Hastings. She also leaves behind her brothers Richard and David, her sisters Cathy (Dick Drury), Linda (Andre Reynolds) and Maureen Allen. She will be sorely missed by her nephew Jeff Allen (Anna) and their two daughters Mia and Helené, other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. The family would like to thank the staff of the Lakeshore General Hospital for their great assistance in Pat's courageous struggle with a long difficult illness, and the West Island Palliative Care Residence for their wonderful care and compassion during her final days. Visitation at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344, on Sunday, November 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will take place in the Rideau Chapel Monday, November 22 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society or to the WIPCR would be greatly appreciated.
