It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our wife, mother, and grandmother, Marilyn Teasdale (nee Blanchard), on May 18th, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas, and five children, Sally (Bob), Diane (Eric), Neil (Lynn), Wendy (Paul), and Tracy (Jeremy). She goes to join her two sons, Neil and John. She will be deeply missed by her cherished grandchildren, Ashley-Rae, Matthew, Sarah, Joshua, Emily, Katie, David, Tyler and Nicole. Special thanks to all extended family and friends for their support and love during this difficult time, and to the nurses and doctors of the Cardiology Unit of the Royal Victoria Hospital. As we rejoice in God's presence, we can never thank God enough for all the joy you have given us.
The visitation will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344, on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9. The funeral service will take place at St-Luke’s Parish on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 11 am. Donations in her memory may be made to the Royal-Victoria Hospital Foundation.
