It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of MARIA SAMPOGNA DE FRANCESCH at the age of 78, beloved wife of the late Ernesto De Francesch. She will be sadly missed by her children Bruna, Angela (Michael) and Remo (Yvonne), her grandchildren Alexander, Julian, Jessica, Katrina, Victoria-Lee and Jacob-Mikael, her sister Emilia (Guido) and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences at Magnus Poirier funeral Complex 6825 Sherbrooke East on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Monday morning as of 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:15 a.m. at Notre dame de La Defense Church thence, burial at Le Repos St-François D'Assise Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
