MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Maria Francesca Mediati at the age of 86, mother of the late Assunta Raco (the late Nicodemo) and grandmother of the late Gloria Caruso. She will be sadly missed by her loving children Rosa (Antonio), Franca (Giovanni), Ida (Rocco) and Rocco (Vivian), her cherished grandchildren Carmelo, Rosemary (Erasmo), Antimo, Dominic (Beverly), Antonio (Marilena), Anthony (Anita), Gianni (May), Antonio (Sonia), Carmela (Bryan), Marco, Laura and Daniel, her great-grandchildren Selia, Ella, Nicodemo, Mia, Josiah, Luca, Isaac, Alyssa, Aiden, Maria and Francesca and many other relatives and friends. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie IX Blvd. on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Chapel of the Complex thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
