Au CIUSS MCQ CHAUR de Trois-Rivières, le 2 août 2017, à l’âge de 97 ans et 5 mois, entourée de l’amour de ses enfants, s’est éteinte tout doucement, Mme Madeleine Lavergne, épouse de feu Rémi Cantin, demeurant à Grand-Mère.
La famille accueillera parents et ami(e)s au:

Heures d’accueil:
vendredi de 19h à 22h et samedi,
jour des funérailles, à partir de 10h.
Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi 12 août 2017 à 13h
en l’église Saint-Jean-Baptiste
de Shawinigan (secteur Grand-Mère).
L’inhumation aura lieu au cimetière Saint-Louis
de Shawinigan (secteur Grand-Mère).
Lui survivent ses 8 enfants:
Jacques (Danièle Crête) de Trois-Rivières, Suzanne (Christian Vallières) de Trois-Rivières, Louise (Jacques Deschesnes) de Ste-Flore, Claire de Québec, Claudette (François Boulanger) de Toronto, Monique de St-Bruno, Nicole (Alain Poirier) de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Robert (Anne Hepditch) de Trois-Rivières et Jacques Cossette de Montmagny;
ses 13 petits-enfants; Isabelle Cantin (Jean-René Brousseau) et Geneviève Cantin (Jean-Philippe Crête) et leur mère Liette Laprise, Renée-Ann Blais (Carl Lavergne) et son père René Blais, Chantale Deschesnes (Vincent Lebeau), Philippe Deschesnes (Alexe Landry), Louis-Daniel Boulanger (Astin Tuori), Marie-Michelle Boulanger (Vincent DiStefano), Anne-Rachelle Boulanger, Andréane Pelletier (Francis Trudel), Marie-Christine Pelletier (Teddy Frenette) et leur père Yves Pelletier, Mathieu Poirier, Michaël Poirier (Maggy Enloe), Marie-Noëlle Poirier;
ses 10 arrière-petits-enfants; Vincent Létourneau, Rosalie et Julien Lebeau, Camélie Lepage, Simone et Arnaud Deschesnes, Nadège et Noémie Boulanger, Charles-Olivier Crête et Joakym Trudel;
son frère Gaston Lavergne (Mary Gallant) de Shawinigan;
sa belle-sœur Carmen Cantin de Trois-Rivières;
ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins,
cousines et ami(e)s.
Maman a été très heureuse durant 17 ans à la Résidence St-Louis-de-Gonzague à Grand-Mère. Merci à tous ceux qui ont contribués à son bonheur.
Merci à Geneviève Blais DSI et à Louise Gill de La Résidence Valeo Jean-XXIII qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour rendre confortable le trop court séjour de notre mère à sa nouvelle résidence de Trois-Rivières.
Nous aimerions souligner la grande humanité du Personnel soignant au Centre hospitalier Ste-Marie, ce qui a permis à notre mère de partir dignement et dans le plus grand respect. Merci à vous tous.
Un remerciement particulier au Dr Denis Busque pour les nombreuses années de bons soins prodigués à notre chère maman.

At Sainte-Marie Hospital in Trois-Rivières, on August 2nd 2017, at the age of 97 years and 5 months, with the love of her children by her side, died very peacefully, Mrs. Madeleine Lavergne, wife of late Rémi Cantin, living in Grand-Mère.

Mother was very happy during her 17 years at the St-Louis-de-Gonzague Residence in Grand-Mère. Thank you to everyone who made her stay happy.
Thank you to Geneviève Blais DSI and to Louise Gill of the Valeo Jean XXIII Residence who did everything possible to make her stay the most comfortable for such a short time in her new residence in Trois-Rivières.
We would like to mention also the great humanity given from the Personnel who took care of her in Ste-Marie Hospital, which helped our mother die with dignity and respect. Thank you to everyone concerned.
A special thank you to Doctor Denis Busque for all those years of taking such good care of our mother.
