COWAN JOCKS, Josephine (Josie)

1911-2006

From Kahnawake, on June 13, 2006 at the age of 95 years, peacefully passed away Mrs Josephine Jocks, beloved wife of the late James Cowan and mother of the late David Cowan.

She leaves in grief her children Sheila, Margaret and John, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visiting hours: Wednesday and Thursday June 14 and 15 from 2 to 5 pm and from 7 to 10 pm; Friday June 16, day of the funeral service, starting from 9 am.

The funeral service will be held on Friday June 16 at 11:00 am in the Saint-Francis-Xavier Mission church in Kahnawake, thence to the crematorium.

The burial of the asches will take place in a later date in the Kateri Kahnawake Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre Fondation.
