Beloved son, fiancé, brother, nephew, grandson and friend.
Jordan passed away surrounded by his loved ones at home on August 7th, 2017.
Please join us on Friday, August 11th between 14h00-21h00 to commemorate the life of an outstanding young man that touched so many lives.
At Jordan's request, a toast will be held to celebrate his life at 20h00.
