SPURR, Joan (McCulloch)
1928-2011
Joan (wife of the late Eric J. Spurr) passed away peacefully on November 8, 2011. She is survived by her son Jim (Louise), her grandchildren Shawn and Melanie, her brother Graham (Gwen), her sisters-in-law Joy Meldrum and Thelma Spurr as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11 from 6 to 9 p.m. as well as on Saturday, November 12 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a celebration of Joan's life at 11 a.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
