MAGNUS POIRIER INC.Peacefully on Tuesday, March 19th,2019, surrounded by his loving family, ISSAM EL-HADDAD passed away in Montreal at the age of 69. He is survived by Christiane Hajjar, his best friend, true love and beloved wife of 42 years. Devoted and loving father to Alain (Kimberley), Paul (Natalie), Danielle (Ioannis) and Nathalie. Treasured grandfather (Jeddo) to Adam, Eli and Luke Haddad. Born in Deirmimas, Lebanon and predeceased by his cherished parents Abboud and Nahia, sister Souad (Robert), brother Souheil, and survived by his siblings Fouad (Laya), Marcelle(Georges) Souhaila (Ziad), aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brother/sister in-laws and many dear friends. He will be forever missed by the many hearts he touched.
The Family is forever grateful to the staff at St Mary’s Hospital for their devoted care, as well as the many who offered their support and prayers.
Donations can be made to St.Mary's Antiochian Orthodox church in his name.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Home,6825 Sherbrooke St. E, Montreal, Qc, H1N 1C7 on Monday, March 25th from 2pm to 5pm and from 7pm to 10pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Church, 120 Boul. Gouin E, Montreal, Qc, H3L 1A7 thence to Cimetière de Laval, Rang du Bas St-Francois, Laval, Qc, H7E 4P2.
