1933-2011


Peacefully passed away on March 13rd, 2011 at Anna-Laberge Hospital, in Châteauguay. Son of the late Graham and Bertha French. Beloved husband of Gwenda. Cherished father of Debra (David Forrest) and Wendy (Italo Melotti). Proud grandfather of Stephanie (Ben), Evan, Jessica and Anthony. Loving brother of Harold (Alice), Robert (Colette), Grant (Carol) and Margaret. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

His family will receive condolences on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Rideau Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
