It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of GIOVANNI SICILIA on Sunday,November 04,2018 at the age of 85.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Lidia Filippelli Sicilia, his loving children Carmela (Vincenzo) and Concetta (Mike), his cherished grandchildren Tiffany, Chiara, Michael and Daniel, his sisters, Lina, Filomena, Ida, Maria (Elario) Dora (Damiano) and Norma (Michele) as well as his nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 6825 Sherbrooke Est., Montreal, H1N 1C7, on Thursday, November 08, 2018 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Friday morning as of 8:00 a.m.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 09, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Complex, thence to Le Repos Saint-Francois d'Assise Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute, in memory of Giovanni Sicilia, would be appreciated.
