MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Giovanni Amato at the age of 92, beloved husband of Angela Calandriello .

He will be sadly missed by his loving children Giuseppina (the late Andrea) and Mariolino (Josée), his cherished grandchildren Michael (Isa), Sarina, Jennalina, Mathieu and Julien, his great-grandchildren Alessandro, Camilo Giancarlo and Nicholas, his siblings Francesca and Domenic (Antoinetta), his brothers-in-law Andrea, Antonio (Elda) and Franco (Franca) and many other relatives and friends.

Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie IX Blvd. on Monday, November 29th, 2021 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday morning as of 8:30 a.m.

A ceremony will be held on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Pompei church thence to The Cemetery of Laval, 5505 Rang du Bas-Saint-Francois, Laval, H7E 4P2.
