Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Friday, June 1st, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Lola Théroux. He will be sadly missed by his children, Marlene (Ian), Kevin (Nathalie), Ian (Rhea), Mark (Sylvie), Nancy (Jean-Pierre), Michael (Irene) and Peter (Tammy), his grandchildren, Erin, Adam, Anthony, Jonathan and the Brioche. He also leaves his cherished Waltraud. A special thank you to the nurses of the Oncology Department of the Lakeshore General Hospital and to the staff of the West Island Palliative Care Residence and of the CLSC.
Visitation will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, DDO (514) 685-3344, on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the West Island Palliative Care Residence.
