George Brian McGuire went home to Jesus on November 18, 2020 at the age of 86. He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Joan Louise Hollis, his daughters Debbie (Denis Legault), Linda (Wesley Robinson), Mary (John Brisebois), and Nancy (Peter Laekas), and an extended family of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A retired Pastor from Christian Restoration Centre, he will also be missed by many whose lives were touched through his ministry.
The family would like to express their deep gratitude to St-Andrew Residential Centre and the Montreal Jewish General Hospital for the compassionate care they provided in the final months of Brian's life.
A celebration of Brian's life is planned for the for the New Year; details will be made known to family and friends at that time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St-Andrew Residential Centre or the Jewish General Hospital.
