BARTON, George

Passed away at the Jewish General Hospital on Friday, July 15th. Beloved husband of the late Maureen Peelle. Father of George Jr., Jack (Catherine), Kevin (Susan), Brian. Grandfather of Samantha and Shane. Dear friend of Raymonde Horwood. Brother to Beverly, Bruce, and the late Stanley. Will be sadly missed by his friends at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 212, LaSalle. A celebration in his honour will be held at the legion hall on Thursday, July 28th at 1:00 p.m. Many thanks to Dr. Melnychuck and the staff at the Jewish General Hospital who cared for him. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
