Passed away peacefully at the West Island Palliative Care Residence on January 23rd, 2011. She will be sadly missed by her son Brian (Sandra), her grandchildren Samantha, Kelly and Michael, and her great grandchild Kiara.

There will be a celebration of her life on Sunday January 30th, between 12:30 and 1:30 pm at Rdeau Funeral Home

Donations can be made in Pat’s name to the West Island Palliative Care Residence Foundation.
