Passed away peacefully at the Jewish General Hospital, Montreal, on September 16, 2012 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Garth. Dear mother of Ron (Anna), Barb (Peter) and the late David. Proud Grammie of Tim, Neal, Matthew and Julia. Cherished sister of Jean and the late Stan. She will also be greatly missed by her dear friend Doran Armstrong as well as by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Evelyn’s life will be held at Cedar Park United Church, 204 Lakeview Ave, Pointe-Claire on Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jewish General Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care unit). Funeral arrangements entrusted to Rideau Funeral Home, (514) 685-3344.
