ANNETT (MULLIN), Evelyn

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of our beloved Evelyn at the age of 94 on July 6th. We were so fortunate to have had her non judgmental opinion, caring support & advice as well as her love for so long. Amazing wife of Ronald for over 63 years. She was the cherished mother & best friend of her son David (Michelle), adored 'Grams' to Rose-Marie (Olivier), Emma-Leigh (Felix), Dominique (Tim) and step-grandmother to Jessica (Ryan). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren James, Sofia, Jackson & Luke as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Evelyn was predeceased by her siblings Jack Mullin, Inez King, Pearl Whalen & Opal Mullin. A truly wonderful, kind & gentle person who was loved by all who knew her is no longer with us and she will be greatly missed. Sincere thanks to the staff of the Jewish General Hospital Coronary Care Unit for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344, on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. as well as on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a funeral service in the Rideau Chapel. Interment will follow at Rideau Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Coronary Care Unit of the Jewish General Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
