MAGNUS POIRIER INC. December 19, 2015, our precious mother left this world at peace, in her home of 44 years, and surrounded by her beloved children and grandchildren. Pre deceased by her husband Francesco Cerasuolo. She will be greatly and sadly missed by her children Pasquale (Alina), Angela (Dave), Anna- Maria (Loreto), her grandchildren Aldo, Vanessa, Lisa, Francesco, Emily, Meaghan and many family members and friends. Our mother fought a courageous battle, she defied the odds, and for this we will be forever grateful. An amazing woman, who was a loving mother and grandmother, and who knew how to make everyone feel special. Until the very end, her dedication and devotion to her family were inspirational. She has left us with valuable lessons to live by. We will hold her in our hearts forever. We would like to thank Daphnee Lamoussenery of the Royal Victoria Hospital for her support and valuable help over the last three years, and especially to the Societé de Soins Palliatifs a Domicile for their exceptional dedication, and who thanks to their support, made it possible for our mother to end her journey in the comfort of her home, with dignity and respect. Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 10300 Pie IX Blvd, on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Wednesday morning as of 10 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of Pompei Church thence to The Laval Cemetery, 5505 Chemin Bas St-François. Donations to La Fondation de la Societé de Soins Palliatifs a Domicile would be appreciated.
