Elisabetta ALCARO passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital on Friday, December 20, 2019.

She leaves behind her husband of 63 years, Carmine Chechile, her two sons Rosario (Anna), Michael (Della), and her four beloved grandchildren Alexia, Francis, Jessica and Daniel, her sister Lucia (Giovanni), many nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Elisabetta was born in Borgia, Calabria, Italy. She was predeceased by her two sisters Yolanda and Teresa.

The family will receive condolences at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 7388 boul Viau, St Léonard on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. and on Monday morning from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

A service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Défense (Madonna della Difesa church) situated on 6800, rue Henri-Julien, Montréal.
