It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ed Bradley, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Irma, blessed with 62 years together, they shared the love of their family. A loving father to Lynn and Bryan, Pat and Trevor, proud grandfather of Shawn and Leah, Cory and Isabel, Jennifer and Chris, and Nicolas, cherished great-grandfather of Kai, Cruse, Finn and Filippa, dear uncle to his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Ian, brother Walter and sister Francis. Ed retired from CP Rail after 44 years of service. His dedication, commitment and love for children was a perfect fit for Karnak Shriners as he shared their passion and support of The Shriners Hospital. He was Potentate of Karnak Temple in 2001 and was honoured to serve on the Board of Governors of the Hospital for 10 years. He had love and respect for his many friends. Funeral services will be held at Rideau Memorial Gardens, 4239 Sources Blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Visitation on Thursday, Nov. 24 from 2-4 and 6-8; Masonic service Thursday evening; and memorial service on Friday, Nov. 25 at 11:00 a.m. A special thank you to the competent and caring staff at the Lakeshore General Hospital-Emergency. With appreciation, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to The Shriners Hospital for Children, 1529 Cedar Ave, Montreal, Quebec H3G 1A6 or St. John's United Church, 98 Aurora Ave., Pointe Claire, Quebec H9R 3G7. Remember him with a smile today, he was well loved and will be greatly missed.
