Passed away peacefully on January 10, 2011 at the age of eighty-three. Beloved husband of the late Dimitra Kontos. Loving father of Peter (Janis), Frank (Valerie) and Maria (Dimitrios Lambiris). Cherished grandfather of Dimitri, Georgianna, Panayiota and Dimitra and great-grandfather of Jason. He will be lovingly remembered by all his relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd, DDO, (514) 685-3344 on Thursday, January 13, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 14, 2011 at 11 am at st. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 3780 Du Souvenir, Laval. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Donations in his memory to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
