HAYWOOD MCINNIS, Desda

Desda Haywood McInnis, known to most people as mom (because she was indeed a mom to all), was born in Jamaica on June 14, 1941 and went on to a better place on June 15, 2016 at the age of seventy-five. She is survived by her husband Deric McInnis, her four children Norma, Andria, Dave and Sharon, thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two sisters, three brothers, many nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec H9B 2A6 on Wednesday, June 22 from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday, June 23 from 9 to10 am followed by a funeral service at 11 am at St-Barnabas Church, 12301 Colin, Pierrefonds, Quebec H9A 1C3.
