Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Hospital on Easter Sunday, April 8 at the age of 86. She leaves to mourn her husband Arnorld and sons Michael (Laurence) and Ronald (Monique). 'Oma' will be sadly missed by her 5 grandchildren Nina, Arnaud, Bart, Céleste and Avril. She also leaves behind 5 sisters and their families in her native contry, the Netherlands. A celebration of life will be held at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, 514-685-3344 on Friday, April 13 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donation to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of the ICU at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
