Passed away in Lachine on March 29, 2014 at the age of 91. Predeceased by his wife Barbara Matiasiak. Loving father of Grace (Mark Hamilton-Piercy). Cherished grandfather of Michael (Isabel), Tom (Melanie) and Gregg (Meghan) and great-grandfather of Ethan. He also leaves behind his sister Ola and many relatives in Poland. Visitation will take place at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources Blvd., DDO, 514-685-3344, on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 1:30 to 2 p.m. followed by a memorial service.
