MAGNUS POIRIER INC.Passed away peacefully on February 19, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Pasquale Loschiavo.
Loving mother to her three girls, Josie (John), Silvana and Maria (Natale).
Cherished Nonna to Louis (Jessica), Anthony (Marie), Nadia (Jason), Davide (Véronique) and Lisa.
Darling bis-Nonna to Bianca, Raffael, Kiara, Luca, Melia and Liana.
She will be missed dearly by her sisters, Maria and Josephine (Frank) and brother Giacinto (Phyllis) along with numerous nieces and nephews in Italy, Philadelphia, Winnipeg and Toronto who were proud to call her Zia Carolina and Aunt Carol.
She was an amazing person who showered her children and grandchildren with unconditional love and support.
She enriched all our lives and we were the lucky ones to have had her in our lives.
She will always be remembered for her sunny smile with everyone she met. Her persona of a loving, caring human being could have filled the universe. A bright star has been extinguished.
We would also like to thank Dr. Leibovici for her attentive care throughout the years.
The family would also like to take this opportunity to thank 10 Medical Department of the Royal Victoria Hospital for their care throughout our mother's stay. You guys were amazing! From the Patient Attendants to the Nursing Staff and the Doctors and Residents.
Visitation Sunday, February 22 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 7388 boul. Viau, Saint-Leonard. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 23 at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church, 7645 rue du Mans, St-Leonard at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Rideau Memorial Gardens, 4239 Boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation will be appreciated.
