Maison Funéraire Leblanc informs you of the passing of Mr. Baxter Matthews on January 2, 2020 at the age of 79 years. He was a resident of Grosse-Ile, Iles-de-la-Madeleine.
He was the husband of the late Jean Keating and the father of Boyd (Gaétane), Bobby (Mary), Arthur (Crystal), Maxine (Rodney). Loving grandfather of the late baby April, Shane, Miranda, Marissa, Samantha, Courtney, Bryna, Tyson, McKayla and great-grandfather of
Nathan. He also leaves to mourn many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences at Holy Trinity Church of Grosse-Ile on Monday January 6, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 7, 2020 at 2 p.m. with visitation beginning at 11 a.m.
