WILLIAM, Bantey

Bill Bantey passed away peacefully, after a long illness, in Montreal on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at the age of eighty-one. Devoted and loving husband of Judy, his wife of sixty years, father of Daniel (Kari Drolsum), Mark (Jane Quart Soles) and Paul (Juan Li) and proud grandfather. Beloved uncle of Di Gaetano and Bantey nieces and nephews.
A legendary journalist, an innovative public relations consultant, a gourmet, but above all, a man of great generosity to family and friends alike. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A commemorative service will be held on December 1, 2010, at 11:00AM at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, Quebec, H2V 2P9 (514) 279-6540.
