GREAVES, Archibald 'Archie'

Passed away at the Lachine Hospital on January 7th, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Anne Kirkland. He was the loving father of Evelyn (Richard Slocombe), Etta (Eldred Vivian), Debbie (Pat Di Staulo), Robert (Maria Nigro) and the late Michael. Proud grandfather of Kevin and Shelley Slocombe, Natalye, Nya, Paul and Mark Vivian, Julia Di Staulo and Angelica and Samantha Greaves and great grandfather of Logan Lupovici. Dear brother of the late Lolita (Martin Carter), the late Eglantine (late Dennis Bailey). He will also be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, his extended family from the Masonic lodge, the Shriners and Ste-Geneviève United Parish.

Archie’s family will receive condolences on Sunday, January 13th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 14th, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Rideau Chapel. Donations in his memory to the Shriners or to Ste-Anne’s Veteran Hospital would be appreciated.
