MAGNUS POIRIER INC.It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Aldo Tombari at the age of 93, devoted husband of 66 years, of the late Anna Ranellucci. He leaves behind his cherished children Mario (Mai Anh), Norma (Richard), Lora (Jeffrey), Robert (Loreta), Linda (Raffaele) and his loving grandchildren Christina (Andrew), Stephanie (Paul), Tara (Peter), Olivia, Matthew, Daniel, Andrew, Emma and Michael as well as many other relatives and friends. Born in Fano, Le Marche, Italy, as a young man, he courageously immigrated to Canada, met the love of his life Anna, and together established a beautiful legacy. Aldo will be remembered for his love of family, incredible work ethic, creativity, ingenuity, affectionate nature and appreciation for the simple pleasures of life. He brought a smile to all who met him, lived life to the fullest and gave unselfishly to the community.His favorite saying was:'' Keep smiling; Be happy.'' Visitations will be held at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 7388 Viau Blvd., H1S2N9, on Sunday, November 4, 2018, from 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9:30 p.m. and on Monday morning as of 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 12 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Defense Church, 6800 Henri-Julien Street, Montreal H2S 2V4 thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all those who cared for him during his illness.
