We regret to announce the passing of ADDOLORATA D'AGOSTINO, at the age of 89 years. Beloved Wife of Albino Lezzi. Survived by her daughter Claudia (Antonio) and her son Walter (Giovanna). She will also be missed by her beloved granchildren Romina (Sam), Raffaele (Jessie), Gino (Katia) and Fabio, and by her great grandchildren Alexa and Brooklyn.
The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Complex located 6825, rue Sherbrooke Est à Montréal, on Thursday, October the 12th, from 6 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held at 9 PM, at the chapel of the complex.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and stroke foundation would be appreciated.
Casual Dress code, preferably no black color.
