Au foyer Wales Home de Richmond, le 23 octobre 2014, est décédée à l’âge de 82 ans, Madame Patricia Maxine, Melrose McCrea épouse de feu Walter McCrea, domiciliée autrefois à Inverness.
Le service religieux aura lieu lundi le 27 octobre 2014 à 11:00 hres à l’église St-Andrew’s de Inverness.
La famille recevra les condoléances dimanche le 26 octobre de 14 à 16 hres et de 19 à 21 hres et lundi, jour des funérailles à compter de 9 heures à la salle Odd fellow’s à Inverness.
Madame Patricia, Maxine Melrose McCrea laisse dans le deuil ses enfants :
Allan (Louise Turcotte), Linda (Jean- Claude Bertrand), Melanie, Charles (Ghislaine Dion), Elaine (Francis Côté), Mark (Ann Maurice) and Nana.
Ses 16 petits-enfants et ses 16 arrière-petits-enfants.
Elle était la sœur de Rena (Jim Rediker).
Elle laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs neveux, nièces, parents et ami(e)s.
Passed away peacefully at the Wales Home in Richmond QC. Beloved wife of the late Walter McCrea.
Loving and devoted mother to Allan (Louise Turcotte), Linda (Jean- Claude Bertrand), Melanie, Charles (Ghislaine Dion), Elaine (Francis Côté), Mark (Ann Maurice) and Nana to sixteen grandchildren and sixteen (and counting) great-grandchildren.
Lovingly remembered by her sister Rena (Jim Rediker) of Kerrville Texas as well as the Rediker and Egan nieces. She will also be missed by her great nieces and nephews, cousins and many close friends and neighbours.
Maxine’s family wishes to thank all those whose visits, cards and musical entertainment at the Wales Home over the past years brought her great pleasure. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful caring staff at the Wales Home who treated her like family.
After resting at the IOOF Hall, Inverness on Sunday, October 26 ( visitation 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm), and Monday morning October 27 (visitation from 9-10:30) followed by funeral at St. Andrew’s Church at 11 a.m. and internment at Boutelle’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the Wales Home Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
